Cobalt Test Paper

For the quick and easy detection of cobalt.

Cobalt is used for metal alloys and can in other compounds be part of catalysts. QUANTOFIX Cobalt is used to monitor waste water and for non destructive testing of materials.

Directions for use:

Apply a drop of the mineral acid solution (pH <1) to be tested to the Cobalt Test Paper. The presence of substantial quantities of cobalt(II) ions is indicated by the appearance of a blue spot; smaller amounts result in a blue ring.

Store Cobalt Test Paper in a cool, dry place. Avoid exposure to sunlight and moisture.
