Click on a product to open the product description page. Here you will be able to see stock levels. As an example you might see:
10 in stock (also available on backorder)
This means we have 10 items currently in stock. If you want to order more than 10, that’s no problem! We will despatch the 10 items we have in stock and will backorder the remaining for delivery at a later date.
If we do not have an item available in stock, it will simply say:
Available on backorder
While we do everything possible to ensure that our website stock levels are accurate, please understand that there may be occasions when stock levels are incorrect. If this should occur we will contact you as soon as possible to notify you and to organise an alternative arrangement if required.
If you decide to purchase a product which is not available in stock, we will notify you via email with an expected delivery time. Depending on the product this can vary from a few days up to a few weeks. If you decide you do not want to wait for the product to arrive into stock, we will happily refund you, or help you find another suitable product.
Please note that Australian customers will only be charged one delivery fee per order. You will not be charged a second delivery fee for backordered items.
For international customers please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Delivery charges are calculated at the checkout in real time. The price will depend on the size of your order and your delivery location. You’ll be able to select which service you would like to use (Road Express or Overnight Express) and the delivery charges will be shown to you before you proceed with your payment.
Please refer to our Shipping & Returns policy for more information about TNT delivery times.
Our courier will only deliver to a street address. If you are not there at the time of delivery, the driver will take your parcel back to the depot and leave a ‘sorry we missed you’ card. You will need to follow the instructions on this card to arrange a re-delivery with TNT.
Alternatively, if you would like the driver to leave your order unattended we will need to have written authority from you. When you place your order with us, you’ll see a section at the checkout called ‘Order Notes’ where you can leave any special delivery instructions. For example, ‘leave my order at the front door’ or ‘leave my order in the mail box’.

Yes, our test strips have a shelf life. Each product will be labelled with a lot number and expiry date. If stored correctly our test strips can be used up until their expiry date. The shelf life will vary depending on the product. Please contact us if you would like to know the expiry date of a specific product.
To prolong the life of your test strips, store them in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
When it comes to test strip use and storage, moisture is the enemy. Make sure your fingers are clean and dry before opening the container. It’s best to gently shake a test strip out of the container, rather than sticking your fingers inside. Don’t touch any of the reagent pads, otherwise they will become contaminated and this can alter your results. As soon as you’ve taken a test strip out of the container, immediately close the lid to keep moisture out. Never leave a container open while not in use.
We can be contacted by phone from Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 5pm.
If you are looking for a specific test strip that you can’t see on our website, please let us know! We are always looking to add new products to our range and would be happy to try and source a special test for you.
